Another Top Ten
Who knew when the 2015 season started that this group of young men would stretch out and accomplish almost all their goals. At the end of any season , all that matters is whether you won or lost-
"Just play them as they come, and when the day is done,
Then all you have to do, is win the game by one"
This group of young men played their hearts out and put it all on the table when game time rolled around. With two exceptions, they walked away winners. Even with all the injuries, the freshman starters, the distractions, the negative press and the lack of support from the media, they ended as glorious winners. Winners because they played as a team. Winners because backups stepped up and filled the shoes of the starters. Winners because they had a goal to be winners.
As good as some of the players have performed, no one player was the sole reason why they had a memorable year. They had an unforgettable season because they played with heart, they played as a team, they performed with exceptionalism, they were led by seasoned seniors, and they were coached by an outstanding group of coaches.
Well done and well done.
The final AP and Coaches Poll rank the Frogs in the top ten one more time.
